Criterion Summit (el. 3360 ft.) is a mountain pass in Oregon traversed by U.S. Route 197. Its location is south of Maupin approximately 3 miles north of the intersection of US 197 with U.S. Route 97. It is marked with a sign, and a view point that has a map of all the mountain peaks you can see from its vantage point ranging from Mt. Bachelor to Mt. St. Helens
