Allama Muztar Abbasi
1989 photo at PAF Model School Lower TopBorn Murree Occupation Scholar Allama Muztar Abbasi (Born 1931 in Murree - Died 26th Feb. 2004 in Islamabad) was a Pakistani Muslim scholar belonged to the Dhund Abbasi tribe of the Murree Hills and Abbottabad District. He was a patron of Esperanto language in Pakistan. He was patron in chief Pakistan Esperanto Association (PakEsA). He translated the Quraan into Esperanto and wrote a biography of Muhammad.
