Biography
Kim Chae-Hwa was born in 1988 in Osaka, Japan and was raised in Japan. She is a Zainichi Korean. Her Japanese name is Ayaka Nagase. She started skating at age of 6. She previously competed in Japanese domestic competitions.[1] She is a student at Kansai University.
In 2004, the Korean Sports Concil gaved her special scholarship for overseas Korean athletes. She was the first one who received this scholarship. She began competing internationally for Korea in the 2004-2005 season.
