Prior to 2003, Stockland Bathurst had a medium sized 2 level
Grace Bros. store (one at ground and one at parking level). It was situated in the space where Kmart standed. After Grace Bros. closed, the centre underwent an upgrade where Kmart replaced one level of Grace Bros. and 8 stores were added along the William Street edge of Kmart. The Lower Level of Grace Bros, formally Electrical and Manchester now Houses Kool Discounts. Parking was not affected by the upgrades.Target

Access
Stockland Bathurst can be accessed from Howick Street and William Street. The William Street entrance is best for Target and EB Games. The Howick Street entrance is best for Priceline, Big W and Woolworths.
Transport
Stockland Bathurst has a carpark underneath the centre, which holds over 500 cars. The Howick Street bus interchange is opposite the centre, and connects shoppers with Bathurst and its surrounding suburbs. Howick Street is also home to a taxi rank. Bathurst station is about a 10 minute walk away.
