It has two tracks and one island platform, and is the terminal for some rush hour 2 and 5 trips, the 3 train at all times but late nights, and the 4 train during late nights (as well as a few rush hour trains). The station has an active tower and crew quarters at platform level. Railroad south of the station, the tracks curve into Livonia Yard. East of the station there is a never-used trackway structure which continues for about 75 feet. This extension was a provision for the line to continue east on New Lots Avenue.
