M. V. Kamath

Madhav Vittal Kamath is the chairman of Prasar Bharati and a leading columnist of India. Presently, he is the director of Manipal Institute of Communication, one of the leading media schools in India.

Mr. Kamath worked as the Editor of Sunday Times for two years (1967 - 69) and then rejoined Times as the Washington Correspondent for nearly 10 years (1969- 78). He has also served as editor of The Illustrated Weekly of India.

He has authored nearly 40 books on various topics.

He was awarded Padma Bhushan award in 2004.
