As he worked forJoe Meek , he wrotesong s for Heinz,Mike Berry , Gerry Temple,The Tornados , Kenny Hollywood, The Outlaws,Freddie Starr ,Screaming Lord Sutch , Gunilla Thorne, The Ramblers,Carter-Lewis and the Southerners andJohn Leyton ("Johnny Remember Me "). He also played keyboards on various of his productions, most notably onThe Tornados 'hit single , "Telstar".Goddard made four singles as solo artist, produced by Joe Meek:
