*27 October 1982 - Sean Quinn (37), Catholic, Alan McCloy (34) and Paul Hamilton (26), both Protestants, all members of theRoyal Ulster Constabulary , were killed in aProvisional Irish Republican Army land mine attack on their armoured patrol car atOxford Island , near Lurgan.1991
*14 November 1991 - Desmond Rogers (54) and Fergus Magee (28), both Catholics, working at the Hyster factory, and John Lavery (27), Protestant, were shot dead by theUlster Volunteer Force , whilst travelling in Lavery’s car after leaving the factory, at the junction of Carbet Road and Carn Road, near Lurgan.1997
*16 June 1997 - John Graham (34) and David Johnston (30), both Protestant members of theRoyal Ulster Constabulary , were shot dead by theProvisional Irish Republican Army , while on foot patrol at Church Walk, Lurgan.References
