The Endeavor Talent Agency is a Beverly Hills, California based talent and literary agency, representing actors, writers and directors for film, television and video games. Currently, there are around 200 staff /client member.

In addition to their California headquarters, Endeavor also maintains an office in New York City. Its marketing division, of which Interpublic owns a minority stake, packages third party content for distribution, like "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" for Scout Productions, "Alias" and "Joan of Arcadia". Endeavor formed when a group of four agents left ICM in 1995, including Ari Emanuel, David Greenblatt, Rick Rosen and Tom Strickler.
