History
Founding and Expansion
DTG was originally founded by Chris Nassif in 1982 as CNA & Associates. In 2000, CNA & Associates acquired Premiere Artists Agency, and was renamed Diverse Talent Group.[2] DTG grew to represent a clientele of leading actors in television shows and feature films including The Walking Dead, Lost, Heroes, 24, House, Bones, Prison Break, NCIS, True Blood, General Hospital, Dreamgirls, Transformers, and X-Men: First Class.[3] In addition to representing talent in television and film, DTG expanded to include literary, commercial, voiceover, digital media, and music departments. As DTG moved toward packaging movies and television series, the agency began to also represent business entities and production companies such as Drac Studios, and Polygon Entertainment in 2009.[4][5]

Although DTG is the senior company by chronological age and Diverse Media Group was founded as an off-shoot in 2005, Diverse Media Group was subsequently designated the parent company, at which point DTG was incorporated as a subsidiary.[6]
Diverse Television & Syndication
Diverse Television & Syndication is a division of Diverse Media Group which provides television program distribution and licensing, and syndication services. This division offers its program, Hometeam, in domestic and global syndication.[7]
Diverse Digital Studios
Diverse Digital Studios is a division of Diverse Media Group that also works in conjunction with DTG to produce content for web-based and digital media. Diverse Digital Studios also provides services to recognize undiscovered talent, including actors, directors, screenwriters, and musicians.[8]
Celebrities In Action
In 2009, Diverse Media Group made a 50% acquisition of Celebrities in Action, Inc.;[9][10] a joint venture with Stan Lee, founder of Marvel Comics,[11] that produces and distributes proprietary and licensed entertainment content.
