Kotlassky District

Kotlassky District ( _ru. Котласский райо́н) is a district (raion) of Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia, located in the south-east of the oblast. Its administrative center is Kotlas. District's population: 24,964 (2002 Census); 32,800 (1989 Census).
