Rasshua ( _ru. Расшуа, _ja. 羅処和島) is a volcanic island located in the central Kuril Islands, Russia. It is 16km from the Ushishir group of islands and 30km southwest of Matsuwa.

Administratively this island belongs to the Sakhalin Oblast of the Russian Federation.
