Khankaysky District ( _ru. Ханка́йский райо́н) is an administrative division (raion) of Primorsky Krai, Russia. It is located on the western bank of the Khanka Lake. The district's administrative center is Kamen-Rybolov.

Population: 28,939 (2002 Census); 31,122 (1989 Census). Area is 2,766 km² (1,063 sq. miles). Highway distance to Vladivostok is 200 km (124 miles), railway distance is 255 km (158 miles). Two buses and one train daily run from Kamen-Rybolov to Vladivostok and back.

Khankaysky District is one of the largest agricultural regions of the Krai. The area of agricultural grounds totals 1,230 km² (473 sq. miles). Soybeans, rice, buckwheat, and vegetables are cultivated. Meat, milk, and honey are also produced in the district. Fish breeding is cultivated in ponds. Agroclimatic potential of the district allows an increase in agricultural production. The district seeks investments in constructing a network of plants producing ecologically pure products, which could be built in the Russian Far East and the countries of Asian-Pacific Rim.

Another feature of this district is a customs point, Tury Rog, which is located on the Russian-Chinese border. Heavy track traffic passes through this point. Close to the customs point is a huge Chinese coal mining basin, Tszisi.

There are no large industrial enterprises in this area. This keeps the recreation zones placed there ecologically clean. The land attached to the Khanka Lake is flat which makes it an ideal location for golf courses. The administration of the Khankaysky District welcomes companies dealing with tourism to collaborate in the development of the recreation zones.
