Hardy, 1985McMillan's cat shark, Parmaturus macmillani, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae in the order Carcharhiniformes, found in deep water on the lower continental slope around New Zealand. Its length is up to 45 cm.
McMillan's cat shark is a small, rare and little-known deepwater shark.
