Theodore Jared Garvin (born October 21, 1955 in Oakland, California), is a former professional baseball player who pitched in the major leagues for the Toronto Blue Jays from 1977-1982. He was named by Topps as their left-handed rookie pitcher of the year in 1977.

After his playing days, he has become involved in the real estate business.
