Company Caine, also known as Co. Caine and Company Kane, is an Australian progressive rock band of the 1970s. The band was formed in Melbourne in 1970 with member as follows:

  • Gulliver Smith (vocals)
  • Russell Smith (guitar)
  • Jeremy Noone (sax) 1970-71, 1975
  • Geoff Burstin (guitar) 1975
  • John McInerney (drums) 1971-72, 1975
