Spring Branch is an unincorporated area located in western Comal County, Texas, United States, north of San Antonio. Surrounding towns include Bulverde and Canyon Lake.
United States Postal Service for the area is served by the Spring Branch United States Post Office located off U.S. Highway 281. Originally settled by Germans in the 1800s, the quiet community has its namesake from a spring fed creek that flows into the Guadalupe River.
The area is growing quite rapidly.
The Comal Independent School District serves area students.
