Karen Tso

Karen Tso is an Australian television journalist.

Tso began her career as a general news reporter for the AAP after graduating with a commerce degree from Griffith University in Queensland. She has also worked for SBS TV as a freelance journalist and as a political reporter for WIN Television in Tasmania. In 2002, she joined the ABC as a general reporter in the radio newsroom before taking a position on the ABC's Finance Desk. She joined the Nine Network in 2005 as a finance reporter. She has also presented the evening edition of Sky Business Report on Sky News Australia from 2006 - 2007.

She is now a general assignment reporter for National Nine News. [cite web|url=http://news.ninemsn.com.au/general.aspx?id=63071|title=National Nine News|accessdate=2007-11-02] In August, it was announced that Karen will be leaving Nine News for CNBC, where she will anchor Squawk Australia and provide live market updates into all of CNBC's pan-Asian and Australian programming. She will begin anchoring in October.

Tso has also studied for a Masters In Journalism at both the University of Westminster in London and the University of Technology, Sydney.
