History
Limp Bizkit was formed in 1994 by Fred Durst and Sam Rivers. Rivers introduced Durst to his cousin, aspiring drummer John Otto. The band were named "Limp Biscuit" and later "Limp Bizkit". The band then recruited Rob Waters as guitarist for their first demo tape entitled Mental Aquaducts. Waters later left the band. The band recruited Wes Borland after this. The demo was given to Reginald Arvizu, (bassist from fellow Nu metal band Korn), at a Korn concert. Korn shrugged it off like it was nothing special. Durst knew Arvizu due to Durst giving Arvizu several tattoos.
