Ontario . Located in the Algoma District, the highway extends for approximately 30kilometre s from an intersection with Highway 17 at Serpent River to the urban core of Elliot Lake.At the highway's northern terminus, the roadway continues for several more kilometres as a city street, rejoining the provincial highway system at the northern city limits as secondary Highway 639.
