"Andy Joins the PTA" (or "Great Sexpectations") was the second episode produced of "Mission Hill" (though it was the eighth to air). It originally aired on May 26, 2002.

Plot summary

Andy is begrudgingly roped into attending Kevin's parent-teacher conference in lieu of their mother and father. Upon meeting Kevin's attractive, ex-military English teacher, Andy attempts to ask her out on a date and fails when she deems Andy irresponsible. In an effort to impress her, Andy joins the PTA and helps to organize upcoming the high school dance.

Meanwhile, Kevin and his friends Toby and George have recently purchased copies of an online role playing game. Though George has trouble installing the game to his computer, Kevin and Toby develop a feud after Kevin sells Toby's character into virtual slavery. The two vow to stay at their computers to guard their respective in-game fortresses and deal each other revenge.

Andy, afraid that Kevin will stay at his computer and miss the school dance, bribes a girl to accompany Kevin to the dance. After tearing Kevin away from his computer and dragging him to the dance, Andy finally begins to win the affections of Kevin's English teacher. Unfortunately, Kevin and Toby spot each other at the dance and mutually realize that neither one of them are guarding their fortresses. Toby runs out of the school gym, heading home to his computer. Kevin tries to follow him, but is stopped by Andy. The two make a scene and Kevin leaves in pursuit of Toby. Toby and Kevin begin a vicious chase, but it is cut short when Kevin falls down an open manhole. A defeated Kevin returns to the gymnasium covered in sewage. Andy appears to be a bad guardian to Kevin's English teacher, especially after a girl asks when she's going to get paid for dating Kevin. The two defeated brothers decide to go home, Andy carrying the disheveled Kevin.

Toby gets the final laugh, burning down Kevin's MMORPG fortress.
