Yorton and Clive inShropshire ,England . It is 12km (7¼ miles) north of Shrewsbury on theWelsh Marches Line towards Crewe. It has two platforms. Trains only stop here upon request.The station was designated for the axe in Dr Beeching's "The Reshaping of British Railways" in the1960s however because it is on the line linking two major cities in Manchester and Cardiff it was ultimately saved.Nearby is "The Railway Hotel", a
