Highway 64 begins in the middle of the Stillwater Bridge at the Wisconsin/Minnesota state line. Starting approximately 0.7 miles from its terminus, is concurrent with STH 35 for 9 miles until Somerset. Highway 64 is a limited-access
freeway From 150TH Avenue in Houlton until 85TH St./Raleigh Rd. in Somerset. Continuing east, the highway is an expressway with at-grade intersections until 145TH St. in New Richmond. From 145TH St. on, the route is a two-lane surface road. In Cylon, Wisconsin Highway 64 is concurrent with US 63 from the US 63/STH 46 (known locally as 'Four Corners') junction until 260TH St.ee also
