Sandusky Bay Conference

Sandusky Bay Conference

The Sandusky Bay Conference is a high school athletic conference with eight members from the Sandusky Bay area of north central Ohio. It is affiliated with the Ohio High School Athletic Association.

The eight current member high schools are:
*Clyde Fliers
*Edison Chargers
*Huron Tigers
*Margaretta Polar Bears
*Oak Harbor Rockets
*Perkins Pirates
*Port Clinton Redskins
*St Mary Central Catholic Panthers.

The conference was established in 1948 and offers competition in the following sports:

*baseball; boys
*cross-country; boys & girls
*basketball; boys & girls
*cheerleading; boys & girls
*football; boys
*golf; boys & girls
*soccer; boys & girls
*softball; girls
*swimming; boys & girls
*track & field; boys & girls
*volleyball; girls
*wrestling; boys

*Carey Blue Devils (1958-63)
*Danbury Lakers (1948-57)
*Elmore Bulldogs (1948-58, since merged with Woodville to become Woodmore High School).
*Genoa Comets (1948-1956)
*Gibsonburg Golden Bears (1948-59, 1962-72)
*Lakota Raiders (1960-72)
*Mohawk Warriors (1960-62)
*St. Joeseph Crimson Streaks (1948-86)
*St. Wendelin Mohawks (1966-72)
