Jalisco ) is a Mexican international footballgoalkeeper who currently plays forUAG Tecos in thePrimera División de México .Corona started his career in CF Atlas in 2002, being an important and vital goalkeeper for Atlas. Playing 47 games from 2002 to 2004, he was transferred to
UAG Tecos in 2004. Corona has been capped by theMexico national football team , and was recently called up to represent his country in the 2006 World Cup as the 2nd goalkeeper for Mexican national team. He is also well remembered for his stunning performance againstBoca Juniors when he played forChivas de Guadalajara as a loan in the 2005 edition ofCopa Libertadores . Corona currently plays forUAG Tecos . In 2007Hugo Sanchez , the new coach of the Mexican national football team, included Corona in the Mexican list for the 2007Copa América andGold Cup respectively as the 3rd Goalkeeper.He recently said that the Apertura 2008 will be his last tournament with Tecos, looking for another club.Fact|date=June 2008
