"Out of My Head" is a rock song recorded by Mobile. It was released as the second single from their debut album Tomorrow Starts Today (2006). The song reached the top five on the Canadian BDS Airplay Chart and Canadian Dance Chart.

Muchmusic Countdown

The music video reached number one on MuchMusic's Countdown in May 2006. The video fell down the countdown list after reaching #1, but managed to reach #1 again in July 2006. This is a feat never achieved before on Muchmusic. Due to the video reclimbing the charts, Mobile set the record for the most weeks spent on the Countdown with a single video, at 22. It was the band's first number one video, after "Montreal Calling" reached the top five in January of that year.

This is not the only music video to reach #1 fall then return to #1. Colin James song Voodoo Thing also did this on the muchmusic countdown in 1988. This song also holds the record for most weeks spent on the countdown with a single video, at 26.

Remixes

There was a remix made for the song after the initial release in 2006, it was included on the compilation album MuchDance. An accompanying video was made for the remix, which likely contributed to the song re-climbing the MuchMusic Countdown.

The remix is a dance/trance version, the remix video consists of a dance party with flashes of light every second. It reminds listeners that you can still have fun in the city even with the pressure of the modern world.
