Campus
Oceanside High School rests between the beach and Interstate 5. The remodeled campus includes many palm trees and new sport fields. There is a three-story Science & technology building and Senior Hall. The campus enjoys a year round ocean breeze and moderate sunny temperatures.

- Willie Banks - Former world record holder in the Triple Jump, also an elite Long Jump and High Jumper
- Thad Bosley - OF-719, DH-30. Played 12 seasons in the Minors and 14 seasons in the Majors for California Angels, Chicago Whitesox, Milwaukee Brewers, Seattle Mariners, Kansas City Royals, Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers.
- Willie Buchanon - Former cornerback for the San Diego Chargers and Green Bay Packers.
- Will Buchanon - Son of OHS standout Willie Buchanon currently w/ The Carolina Panthers organization as a WR. Has played for Kansas City Chiefs, Oakland Raiders and New York Giants.
- Chris Chambliss - 1B-1962, DH-24. Selected by Cleveland Indians in 1st Round (1st overall) of 1970. Played 2 seasons in the Minors and 17 seasons in the Majors for Cleveland Indians, New York Yankees and Atlanta Braves.
- Charles Dimry - Former Cornerback for the Atlanta Falcons, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Denver Broncos, San Diego Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 12 year career.

- Terry Vaughn - Wide Receiver who played collegiately at University of Arizona. Vaughn is the CFL's most career receptions leader with 1,006 catches and has played in five Grey Cups, winning two.
