Chris Steele (born on July 14, 1984 in St. Catharines, Ontario) is the current bassist for the Canadian post-hardcore band Alexisonfire. Chris is also the youngest member of the band. Chris attended Governor Simcoe Secondary School in St. Catharines. Chris has a side project named The Smoking Bowls. According to Chart magazine, issue #178, he played in Austin, Texas for the Independent Music World Series on October 11, 2007.
