- HyperSCSI
HyperSCSI is a computer network protocol for sending and receiving
SCSI command s.HyperSCSI is unlikeiSCSI in that it bypasses the IP suite and works directly overEthernet .That way it skips the segmentation, reassembly, and all the other problems that the IP suite addresses. Compared to iSCSI, this gives a performance benefit at the cost of IP's flexibility.See also
