Darren Gaspar (born 20 May, 1976) is a former Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League (AFL).

AFL career
Sydney Swans career (1994–1995)
The number 1 draft pick in 1993, Gaspar debuted at the Sydney Swans in 1994 before moving to the Richmond Football Club in 1996.
Richmond career (1996–2007)
Although not a spectacular player, he had been a consistent performer in defence for the Tigers. Gaspar received his first All Australian selection after a consistent year 2000 and improved on this in 2001. In 2001 he won the Jack Dyer Medal as Richmond's Best and Fairest Player and also an All Australian selection.
He announced his retirement on 4 May 2007. He retired at the end of the 2007 AFL season.
Personal life
He is the brother of fellow AFL players Travis Gaspar and Damien Gaspar. He is the part-owner of racehorse Roman Arch.
