Neville Crowe is a former Australian rules football player who played in the VFL between 1957 and 1967 for the Richmond Football Club. He served as Richmond's President from 1987 to 1993, at the helm of the club during the 1990 Save Our Skins campaign which saved the club from financial ruin. Neville retired at the end of 2008 from working at the club, finally ending his involvement that had extended to over 50 years. Crowe is best known for missing the 1967 VFL Grand Final through suspension. Crowe's "phantom punch" is regarded as one of the most unluckiest moments in VFL/AFL history.
