Okulovka (Russian: Оку́ловка) is a town and the administrative center of Okulovsky District of Novgorod Oblast, Russia, situated in the Valdai Hills, on the Peretna River, 140 kilometers (87 mi) east of Veliky Novgorod. Population: 12,464 (2010 Census preliminary results);[1] 14,470 (2002 Census);[2] 17,197 (1989 Census).[3]

It was first mentioned in 1495. Since the second half of the 19th century, it has developed mainly due to the station of the Moscow-Saint Petersburg Railway. Town status was granted to it in 1965.
