The station is a split, two-platform station with ramp access and a small ticket office. There is no auto-announcement system at present. In September 1989, an

2006/07
From Kilpatrick, there is a half-hourly service to Glasgow Queen Street usually to
Airdrie railway station , after 6pm at night the trains run toSpringburn railway station . On Sundays the service uses theArgyle Line to Motherwell on the Argyle Line on Sundays.Westbound there is a half-hourly daily service to Balloch.
