Moorrege, located 30 km north west of Hamburg at the small river Pinnau, close to the Elbe river, is a municipality in the district of Pinneberg, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.

Moorrege is the seat of the Amt ("collective municipality") Moorrege.
