State Road 60 in the U.S. State of Indiana is a mostly rural, two-lane highway that begins at U.S. Highway 50 near Huron in southern Lawrence County and ends at US 31 south of Sellersburg in Clark County.

SR 60 passes through the following cities and towns:

* Campbellsburg
* Salem (concurrencies with SR 56 and SR 135)
