Carlos Ferro is an American actor, writer, director, and producer.

Early life

Carlos’ first career in the entertainment industry was as a DJ. Spinning records in San Francisco’s nightclubs, he quickly became one of the city’s prominent DJs, befriending musical acts such as Grace Jones and the late Divine. Performance

Carlos is perhaps best known for starring in the show SAL, originally produced at the Climate Theatre in San Francisco then at the Zephyr Theatre in Hollywood. His portrayal of Sal Mineo, co-produced and co-written by him, received a Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award nomination for Best Solo Performance.cite web|url=http://salmineoplay.com/bio.htm|title=Bio at Sal website|accessdate=2008-07-24]

Since then, he has continued acting in television, both on-camera () and in animation voice-over (Justice League, Spawn). He is especially proud of his work with director John Landis and alongside personal heroes Jerry Lewis, Harvey Fierstein and the late Dudley Moore.

A lifelong comic book fan and well known for his work in award-winning video games (Tony Hawk's American Wasteland), Ferro played the X-Man Forge in the game , a Peruvian villain in the game alongside stars Pierce Brosnan, Willem Dafoe and Shannon Elizabeth, as well as a Colombian drug lord in and starred as the Colombian drug connection for the Los Carnales in Saints Row. Ferro performs the role of Dominic Santiago in the Xbox 360 video games Gears of War and Gears of War 2 . He also voices the Damascus Bureau Leader in the game Assassin's Creed. Film Production

Extended stays in London and Madrid inspired Carlos to found Argumento Films in 2004. Its first release "RASTROS" was his film writing and directing debut.
