Noshehra Virkan is a tehsil and large town west of the industrial city of Gujranwala, Pakistan.

Nowshera Virkan lies in the Gujranwala District; it is a hub of rice-growing villages.

The area of Nowshera Virkan is populated with many different castes living over there. The main industry is agriculture related(including rice and wheat), many rice mills are working over there. Nowshera virkan has many boys and girls schools in the area and are key places for building the next generation. Now a days the Government degree college for women is gaining fame in female side to go forward and build the nation side by side with male. For technical education there is a vocational training institute to fill the future need and to produce the technical hands. With related to health facilities the Tehsil Head Quater Hospital is working with adequate staff and health facilities, along this there are many Basic Health Units are working on small village level to provide the health facilities. The famous game is cricket, kabadi and football. For commercial point of view thw main bazar and grain market are famous places and HBL, NBP and UBL are also having there branches in the town.
