Electoral district of Lake Macquarie

Electoral district of Lake Macquarie

Lake Macquarie is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales. It is represented by the independent Greg Piper.

The 2004 redistribution of electoral districts estimated that the electoral district would have 45,008 electors on 29 April 2007. The redistribution report proposed naming the new district Morriset, but this was reversed. [cite web
