On April 22, 1983, WXJC-TV signed on as a TBN affiliate. The licenese was the purchased in 1991 by Tri-State Christian Television began producing their own part-time network feed of religious programming, and began airing it on their O&O stations. TCT fully disassociated with TBN in April 2007.

On February 27, 2004, WINM's Fort Wayne translator, W66BD, changed calls to W43CF and moved to its current home on channel 43. W43CF has also applied to flash-cut to digital, and will continue as a repeater for WINM.

WINM can be seen on Comcast Cable on channel 10, and on DISH Network on channel 63 and on Verizon FIOS channel 12. Outside of the Fort Wayne area WINM is on channel 11 for MediaCom Cable and in Ohio it can be seen on various channels (mostly channel 22) for Time Warner Cable.
