Royal Palace, Rabat, MoroccoMoulay Hassan, Crown Prince of Morocco (born May 8, 2003) is the current heir apparent to the Moroccan throne. He is the oldest child of King Mohammed VI of Morocco and his wife Princess Lalla Salma of Morocco, and has a younger sister, Princess Lalla Khadija.
Birth
Royal Family of Morocco Morocco's Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced the birth of Crown Prince Moulay Al-Hassan in a release on Thursday, May 8, 2003 at 6:40am.[1]
King Mohammed VI decided to name the Crown Prince Moulay Al Hassan, after his own father, King Hassan II (therefore, when and if Hassan succeeds to the throne, it will be as Hassan III).
