He also worked on a series of highly controversial commercials for a fitness center known as the "Anti-Gym". The commercials were censored by several news stations due to the content which included a fitness trainer yelling in the face of a woman and shoving her down on a coach. (Commercial was titled "Pop Up Hottie.") Another commercial featured a woman having a pie slammed into her face. Higgins wrote and directed the commercials. The third commercial was considered too offensive to be aired on television. In it, a local Denver actress hangs over the railing of a bridge looking at the water below sobbing hysterically while onlookers scream insults at her for her weight.
