Kannadotsava

Kannadotsava means celebration of Kannada.

Kannada is one of the four Dravidian languages of Southern India, the other three being Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.

Kannada Koota of Northern California (KKNC) is a non profit organization started to promote Kannada culture in Northern California. KKNC is supported by a team of volunteers who aim to improve the spread of kannada culture in the community.

KKNC conducts 4 cultural programs every year with events catering to all types of audiences. Event after event, the quality of programs is increasing.

Based on the success of such programs, KKNC team wanted to conduct a 2 day event to bring in all the talent and provide opportuncity for all memebrs to celebrate the Kannada culture in a festival-like atmosphere. This event is also kannadotsava.
