Ballyrobert ("Baile Roibeird" in Irish, Robert's townland) is a small
village inCounty Antrim ,Northern Ireland . It is situated about 4 km south ofBallyclare and has developed around the junction of the Ballyrobert Road and the Mossley Road/The Longshot. It had a population of 587 people in the 2001 Census. It is within theNewtownabbey Borough Council area.2001 Census
