Qadry Rahmadan Ismail, nicknamed "the Missile", (born November 8, 1970 in Newark, New Jersey) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the NFL. Ismail grew up in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and attended Elmer L. Meyers High School. Both of his brothers were also football players: Raghib, "the Rocket", was a star at Notre Dame and little brother Sulaiman, "the Bomb", played in the Arena Football League.

Qadry attended Syracuse University from 1989-1992 on a football scholarship. Some of his achievements while at Syracuse include 1991 All-American, All-Big East First Team wide receiver and conference second-team kick returner.

Ismail played for the Minnesota Vikings, the Green Bay Packers, the Miami Dolphins, the New Orleans Saints, the Baltimore Ravens, and the Indianapolis Colts during his ten-year NFL career. The pinnacle of his career achievements came on January 28, 2001 when the Baltimore Ravens defeated the New York Giants 34-7 in Tampa, Florida during Super Bowl XXXV.

He now makes appearances as an NFL analyst on ESPNEWS and is a track and field coach for West Boca Raton Community High School in Boca Raton, Florida where he lives with his wife and three children.
