Wenxuecity[1] (Chinese: 文学城; Pinyin: Wénxuéchéng), literally "Literature City," is a Chinese-language websites for Chinese expatriates. Without its own news reporting staff, it is a site that mainly collects gossips and rumours, both concerning China and the world, from second hand through other sources. It also has an active set of online forums, divided into categories. In fact, about 30% of the traffic of the site consists of visits to the forums, such as "Living in North America" and "Cross-Strait Relations" etc.

Since this is a Chinese-language site that is based in the United States, its moderators tolerate a broad range of views on the forums, with a few exceptions sometimes.

Until recently, this website was not accessible in China because it contained articles against the Chinese government.

This website is the most popular Chinese-language website outside of China.
