Notes

# E4 was, at the time of transmission, a pay channel; it is now free-to-air. More4 and Channel 4 (the parent channel) are also free-to-air. Therefore, Season 5 has never been shown on free-to-air TV in the UK. It will only be shown on free-to-air as the part of the complete Season 1 - 7 re-runs on More4, which started in August 2006.

Home video releases

Warner Home Video has released all 7 seasons of "The West Wing" on DVD in Region 1, 2 & 4 for the very first time. VHS releases of the show also exist in Britain and Australia.
