Rho Aquilae (ρ Aql / ρ Aquilae) is a star in the constellation Delphinus - it moved across the border from Aquila into Delphinus in 1992 [http://articles.adsabs.harvard.edu//full/1992JRASC..86..221H/0000222.000.html] It also has the traditional name Tso Ke, from the Mandarin 左旗 "zuǒqí" meaning "the left flag".

Rho Aquilae is a white A-type main sequence dwarf with an apparent magnitude of +4.94. It is approximately 154 light years from Earth.
