State Road 48 in the U.S. State of Indiana is an east-west state highway running through southern Indiana. It has three distinct and separate sections, from east to west:

Eastern section:
* U.S. Highway 50 in Lawrenceburg, its eastern terminus
* Manchester
* State Road 101 on the Dearborn County-Ripley County line
* Lookout
* State Road 229 near Napoleon, its western terminus

Central section:
* Bloomington, its eastern terminus
* State Road 37 on the west side of Bloomington
* State Road 43 in Whitehall, its western terminus

Western section:
* U.S. Highway 231 in Worthington, its eastern terminus
