Early life
Ramm was born in
Collin ,Texas , the daughter of Barbara (née Wilson) and Brian Ramm. At the age of three, she began dancing in local studios. Four years later, she was performing her own freestyle dances in talent shows. Her love of center stage led her to attend acting classes and, following the recommendation of a teacher, her parents started to look for an agent. Almost immediately, she signed an agency contract. Ramm started to audition for independent films and commercials all around Texas and soon appeared in nationwide commercials for Hasbro and Dell computers. By age 9, Haley had appeared on the cover of "American Girl" for the May and June issues. She is distant cousins with Stephen Webb and the granddaughter of the Ramm's.Acting career
In 2005, she acted in the movie "
Seventy-8 " as April Rowlands. The movie premiered at theHollywood Film Festival .Although she moved to Los Angeles at age 11 with her mother, her dad and brother stayed behind in Texas for the first few years. Her agents, coaches and family were very supportive. Six weeks after arriving to L.A., she found a manager. Later that year, she was called for roles in "
Flightplan " and the comedy "Yours, Mine and Ours", and on television shows such as ', ' and "Yes, Dear ".In 2006, she appeared in "" as the young
