Housing
Warriewood features houses with oceans views, and old farms in the valley. In recent years, almost all the market gardens or farms have been replaced by housing estates, such as Sheerwater, to the dismay of many locals who appreciated the rural feel of the western parts of the suburb.Fact|date=March 2008 There are a number of townhouses in the area as well. It has been stated by local geologists that some newly developed houses/townhouses in the valley are slowly sinking due to them being built on existing swampland.Fact|date=March 2008
